The type of personal information we collect
We collect information from our members to facilitate arranging golf events on their behalf. This information is provided by members when they complete their application form. It includes name, telephone number, email address and golf handicap.
This information is used so we can keep members informed of upcoming events and handle their bookings into those events.
When we arrange a golf event we will provide the golf club with a list of the names of the players taking part.
We do not share members information with any other outside organisations.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is:
(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting email@example.com.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
